Just a quick post to bring you some exciting news. Finally things have worked together so that I can publish A Safe Place to Run to. You can read a short description and my motivation behind writing it, in the previous blog (written long, long ago).
I’m thankful that the Lord recently provided a reputable publisher who has worked closely with me to complete this project. On top of that I was able to reach an agreement with them to publish my third novel: True Light and a Welcome Home Party. I want to thank-you, my friends, who offered to read True Light and give me feedback. You who know who you are: You are avid readers who like a good story. I value your opinions.
A Safe Place to Run to, and True light and a Welcome Home Party will be available soon on amazon.ca, in the Kindle, paperback and perhaps hardcover editions. I’m not sure how quickly I will have copies to sell but I will keep you posted.
With just a few weeks till Christmas, I wish you all a Merry Christmas! How privileged we are to be able to celebrate the birth of our savior. And how blessed we are to know that in spite of wars, famines, political unrest, and so many other uncertainties… God is in control as we enter the year 2025.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome[a] it……… 9 The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. 11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God. 14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1: 1-5,9-14 NIV)
